- Early-Stage Leadership: Second engineer to join the firm’s strategic AI spinoff; built the core technical architecture from the ground up.
- Team Mentorship: Spearheaded the recruitment and technical mentorship of a team of 3 engineering interns, establishing agile development workflows and code review standards.
